Serendipity Projects is building toward an AI-augmented venture studio: a way to identify concentrated and undiscovered talent, uncover the opportunity around it and construct the right venture with far greater leverage.
The human capability—reading people and systems, framing ventures, building trust and connecting talent to ecosystems—has been developed over fifteen years. The machine capability now extends that method through persistent context, research, rapid prototyping and operational infrastructure.
The current coaching, fieldwork and learning systems are not the finished studio. They are how its operating model is being tested, strengthened and evidenced through real work.

Fifteen-plus years across venture building, circular economy, ecosystem development and talent formation.
The recurring pattern is to spot overlooked or concentrated talent, uncover the real opportunity around it and build structure around strengths rather than normalising asymmetry. Talent, narrative, strategy, ecosystem and capital are connected—but activation comes only after challenge, framing and structure.
Before graduating, I designed circular-economy education for four professors and ran the Radboud Circular Economy Thinktank. In 2016, StartUp Mix became the vehicle for a bigger mission: enabling talent to create the circular economy. I brought together promising students, starters, designers and engineers through programmes such as the Gelderland Circular Challenge and Circular Fashion Games. These were not classroom exercises. Participants worked on real challenges and turned their ideas into proto-ventures. Spotting talent—and creating the conditions in which it can become something real—was already the thread running through my work.
I also founded RebelSpaces, a circular office-space venture that ultimately failed. What it exposed about timing, structure and venture resilience became part of the method I now bring to venture building.
I lost the old structure. I kept the method.
The Machine API does not replace that Human API. It extends the speed, range and continuity with which I can preserve deep context, research and synthesise, create workflows and prototypes, and turn judgment into functioning artifacts and systems.
